What we collect

When you use the quote or contact form we collect the details you enter — your name, phone number, email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses, an optional moving date, and any notes you add. We do not ask for anything we do not need to quote for and plan your move.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a survey where needed, and carry out your move if you book. We may contact you by email or phone about that enquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is handled by our team and the systems we use to manage quotes and bookings. Where a move involves a third party — a customs agent or a partner carrier on a European route — we share only what is necessary to complete the job, and only when you have booked.

Analytics & spam protection

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms, linked from the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to remove your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. You can also object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below.
